What we collect

If you send an enquiry or request a demo, we collect the details you enter, such as your name, email address, phone number, company and message.

How we use it

We use your details only to reply to you, set up a demo login if you ask for one, and keep a record of our conversation. We don't sell your details or use them for unrelated marketing.

Who handles it

Form messages are delivered to us by email through a third-party email service. The website is hosted by Vercel. These providers process data only to provide their service.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry emails for as long as needed to deal with your enquiry and any follow-up, then delete them.

Your rights

Under UK data protection law you can ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you. Email info@ppmelectricalspalding.co.uk. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).

Data you enter inside the CircuitHQ app itself is covered by the terms you agree to when you get a login.
